Privacy is the product. Sendsorted has no accounts, no passwords, and no tracking pixels.
Files you email us — and the results we send back — are automatically and permanently deleted from our storage within 24 hours. This is enforced by an infrastructure-level deletion policy, not manual cleanup. We do not read, mine, or train on your files.
Minimal service records: your email address, task type, timestamps, processing cost, and delivery status — not file contents. Your instruction text may be processed by an AI model solely to determine which task you asked for; attachment contents are never sent to it.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer reference and plan status — never card numbers.
Sendsorted runs on Cloudflare (processing, storage, email delivery) and uses Stripe for payments. Both process data on our behalf under their own commitments.
Email support@sendsorted.com to have your service records deleted. Files are already gone within 24 hours regardless.
